Prisoner B is a nice guy. Pretty sure he was framed for whatever crime he supposedly committed.
Name: Akira Mikan
Age: 15
Appearance: The first thing that people tend to notice about Akira is that she is quite tall for her age. To be exact, she stands at 5'11", at the age of fifteen. She is also fairly well-endowed, wearing a C-cup. She has long black hair that goes down to her waist, which she rarely bothers messing with, aside from washing and brushing it every morning. Her eyes are brown, and she wears glasses. Though she can see well enough without them (albeit, with somewhat blurred vision), she does need them for reading.
As far as clothing is concerned, Akira is one who prefers to keep things simple. For the most part, she rarely bothers to keep up with the latest fashions, finding it to be too much of a hassle. Nine times out of ten, she'll just throw on the first thing she grabs, not caring if it's "in" or not. However, when she is out exploring and/or training, whether it's personal training or training her team of Pokemon, she is always seen wearing a martial arts dogi. It should be noted that she feels rather awkward wearing anything even remotely feminine, so her outfits usually tend to be something one would often see a boy wearing.
Personality: Akira is a quiet and somewhat shy girl, but she is friendly toward those who she manages to open up to. Additionally, despite her slightly brainy appearance, she's actually not very bright. This does not, in the least, mean she's stupid, as she has proven that, when she buckles down and puts forth the needed effort, she can do very well in school. However, it tends to take her a while to catch on to things that would be blatantly obvious to most people, and she is totally hopeless when it comes to making even the simplest of decisions. Add to this her upbringing and the fact that she often (for lack of a better word) forgets that she is female, and the somewhat awkward girl becomes even more awkward.
Her biggest source of angst comes from the fact that she grew up thinking she was a boy. Though she is fully aware that the opposite is true, old habits die hard. When she was younger (and flat-chested), she could get away with things like running around topless, since everyone she knew either genuinely thought she was a boy or was being bribed by her father to play along with his elaborate ruse. Today...not so much. Being fairly tall and well-endowed, her gender is far more obvious than it was when she was a child, and yet, there are still times when she will absentmindedly remove her shirt in public or wander into the men's restroom. Needless to say, this can be rather awkward, especially when some people demand an explanation.
Being raised in a Pokemon Dojo, it's no surprise that Akira is both a fan of and highly skilled in martial arts, nor is it any surprise that her favorite type is Fighting. However, unlike her father, who insists on using only pure Fight-typle Pokemon like Hariyama and Machamp, Akira is more open to dual-type Fighting Pokemon and, in some cases, non-Fighting-type Pokemon altogether. While she still prefers Fighting-type Pokemon, she'll train any Pokemon who are physically powerful, like Rock and Ground-types. Naturally, also has a near-encyclopedic knowledge of Fighting-type Pokemon and Fighting-type moves, though she falls rather short as far as other Types are concerned. Finally, while she remains bitter toward her father for what he did to her, she still cares deeply about him, and plans to succeed him as owner of the dojo once she is old and skilled enough to do so.
History: Akira grew up in a dojo that was set up in Saffron City, though this one was separate from the dojo that became slightly famous for losing its status as a Gym to Sabrina. She was the daughter of the owner, a highly skilled martial artist and trainer of Fighting-type Pokemon. Unfortunately for her mother, however, there were complications with the birth and, shortly after Akira was born, her mother died. In what can only be described as a combination of grief having wanted a son, her father made a well-intentioned yet insanely rash decision...he would raise Akira as though she was a boy.
For years, everyone thought Akira was a boy. Naturally, there were those who were impossible to fool, such as doctors and teachers. However, her father was able to bribe them into reluctantly playing along. As for certain issues with her lower body, the doctor rather sloppily hand-waved it as a "rare condition" where she was "inverted", which only made it look like she was a girl...naturally, she was too young and naive to realize how retarded that was. As such, Akira, as well as everyone who wasn't in on her secret, was blissfully unaware of her true gender when she was a child. As one would probably expect, this wasn't going to last forever.
Once Akira reached puberty, the cat was out of the bag...especially once her chest developed. His deception having come back to bite him in the ass, her father, with extreme reluctance, revealed the truth to her, and, needless to say, it was quite a bomb that he had dropped. It wasn't just Akira who was reeling from this revelation...everyone she knew was trying to get wrap their minds around the fact that the "boy" they knew and loved was in fact a girl. Eventually, however, she forgave her father, and, while things were extremely awkward for a very long time, life went on...granted, even to this day, she has trouble remembering that she's not actually a boy. One day, Akira learned about the Pokemon Academy, and expressed interest in attending. Thinking it would be good for her training, her father agreed to let her attend, and she applied the first chance she got.
