Personality: Cool. Calm. Professional. These are the three words that most describe Edgar, and the three words (most) anyone would need to do as such. Coming from a long line of G-men, Edgar acts as a younger, teenage version of the stereotype. Analytical, prompt, mysterious, quite, and brief, Edgar always comes across like he's doing or part of something official-- yet, hard as it is to believe, he is more than a wannabe G-man, the most notable deviation being a dry and sharp wit and a strange love for all things 1950's that often slips through his professional demeanor. He also is highly protective of those he befriends, and will very rarely open up and explain himself or just talk casually with them-- even if he keeps his 'official' attitude all the while. However, to say that he rarely gains attachment to people is...an understatement.
History: Edgar has been raised by a single parent since the age of two after his mother died of a freak brain aneurysm. Contrary, however, to the influx of mopey and depressed lives many children garner after such a tragedy, he grew up relatively happy and mostly unaffected by the death of a mother he never knew while his father simply moved on after the unfortunate condition. Taking residence in Black City, his father was a high ranking federal agent, and was the SAC of the metropolis for many years, until a (classified) incident in the near-by desert saw him reassigned to a (classified) position in a (classified) government facility in a (classified) location near the desert resort. Obviously, due to the (classified) nature of the facility, Edgar was not allowed to come with him and live on the base, and so when Edgar turned fifteen the Roswells moved to Nimbasa City, the city closest to the desert. His father appeared sporadically, and while they talked every day over the phone, Edgar mainly raised himself in the busy city of Nimbasa.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of Nimbasa, Edgar garnered many odd hobbies and skills such as rollerblading, Epee fencing, and most notably, his world-class aptitude for the drums. However, even as he began to fit into the populous metropolis, a never-ending search into his father's new (classified) government position began. Constantly shuffling through relevant documents, papers stolen from his father, internet databases, weather reports for the (classified) date of the incident, and on several times he hacked official government channels and databases. Even throughout his three year quest, he's never been able to garner any definite answers. Until recently. At first, he had uncovered shipping information on the data of the incident that showed over thirty tons of moon stones being delivered to Relic Castle on April 2nd, four years ago. The entire month of April, the Castle was closed to the general public for "maintenance" issue-- April was the month of the aforementioned 'incident'. Further digging showed even more "unsettling" details, and very quickly, Edgar went completely quite about the entire incident. Not long after his silence, he applied for Pokemon Academy after mild resistance to his father, giving the impression that he planned on using it as a boarding school until he figured out what part of the Government he wanted to join to appease him.
Obviously, there is a much different reason for this. But like he'd ever talk about it.
