Here is where you can buy TMs and HMs. TMs cost 3000 Student Points each and can be used up to five times before expiring, while HMs cost 5000 Student Point, but can be used an unlimited number of times.
If you with to sell a TM, you will receive half of what it's worth, but with 300 Student Points deducted from the total for each time it's been used.
