So, yeah the Stagnant swamp, it had been decided that this would be the location of their journey. Well it was most certain that this would not be the last hunt they went on, but for now this would have to do. The Gravity cave simply were too damn dangerous. She'd have to gear up, of course having a water type or poison type would do no good against the countless electric types in the cave, but it might do some good against the random stone type that usually called the cave environment their home.
Poochyena were the one who walked by her side this time. Ai were in his Pokeball taking a rest, and preparing for the fighting that may ensure. Poochyena were her tracker for now. The name of the black hound Pokemon were Nana, a shy one when it came to other people, but a Pokemon who liked challenges, and this was just one of such things. This was a challenge.
Yumiko were waiting at the entrance to the Swamp, hopefully Arcen would come soon, and hopefully Laz too, but she was still quite unsure if he was actually coming or not. He had said he needed nothing new from this area so she wouldn't blame him if he decided just to leave the two of them to do this on her own.
Yumiko's eyes glanced into what was the swamp. She had mixed feelings about this, for she had chosen to wear short-pants, because she much preferred her legs to get dirty, than her pants. It was easier to clean the legs. However Poison Pokemon could use this to their advantage could she not? Well, in any case she just had to deal with it. Poochyena began to bark, immediately as she did Yumiko turned around and looked at those who had decided to come. "Hey." She said smiling.

Might or might not catch a pokemon in this thread... Hopefully will. 1- Alacer: Golbat... Held Item: Poison Fang; 2- Rasoir: Pawniard...; 3- Croyance: Baltoy...
Arcen tilted his head to one side. Alacer, clicking her fangs together, waited nearby. She wanted to get going. It was unusual for her master to be late. He almost always left hours earlier than the appointed meeting time, or just plain didn't agree to meeting anyone. Still, she understood that they needed time with others. After all, his plan was a good one. He would be powerful one day, and when he was, she would be at his side, his right wing. But this, this was unusual. Alacer shifted anxiously. The sun had already risen quite a while ago, and although the air was still chilly with a fresh, autumn crisp, she wanted to be moving. She hated being caught out when the sun was at its height.
"Alright, Alacer, let's go," Arcen said softly, opening his eyes. He got up stiffly, rubbing the life back into his legs, and grabbed his shirt off a nearby rock. Ribs showing, he pulled it on over his head before turning and picking up the dark jacket, hastily shoving his arms through it, and moving briskly away from his meditation spot. His pants were covered in a light misting of dew, and his skin was whiter than snow. It was apparent that he'd been out since before dawn, perhaps all night even, but his expression, bright and alert, suggested otherwise.
By the time he finally reached the edge of the swamp ten minutes later, the blood had started to return to his face, and the dew had begun to dry from his pants. It was hard to even tell that they were damp. He nodded courteously, "Good morning, Yumiko." Her smile put him off, and he wondered warily why she seemed to pleased to see him. Nonetheless, his expression remained calm as he waited for what would happen next.

In fact they had obviously not made any attempts to hide simply because they were not supposed to. Nana barked in a greeting fashion, however she did stay slightly behind Yumiko as to use her trainer as some sort of shield against the dark evil stranger who would accompany them. Nana most certainly held faith in her trainer's ability to discern a bad person from a good one, but she had no intention of running the risk for the time being. She could smell the stench of Poison types coming from the swamp, and in that kind of environment it would be too damn easy to back stab someone.
Yumiko smiled at Arcen even as he greeted her right after she had done the same. For some odd reason she got the feeling he found her smiling quite odd, which to her were even more odd, but she didn't question it. "I hope you are ready. Because hopefully we will meet something really good in there." She said smiling at him as she turned around and gestured for him to follow her in. Considering Laz didn't seem to be anywhere near there, she thought i'd be better simply to start without him, maybe they'd meet him later? Probably not, but hey she could hope.
Nana seemed completely fine with this decision as it began to walk towards the entrance, its' nose down near the ground sniffing out the various smells that covered the ground beneath them. Hopefully it would be able to lead them to some strong Pokemons.

Arcen nodded, "Don't worry. I'm quite ready." He was tempted to go with the cliche I was born ready, but decided that that was just too... well, cliche. He beckoned towards Alacer to get her attention, and when she made a quick clicking noise to indicate that she was listening, well, watching, he flicked his wrist upwards. She immediately bunched up her muscles, spread her wings wide, and shot into the air. Flying overhead in the same erratic circles she used to as a Zubat, she watched for enemies from the air, ready to dive down and warn her master if she saw something.
He walked alongside Yumiko, keeping his sharp eyes scanning areas that were more covered and could not be seen from Alacer's bat-eye view. After making sure the Aipom was nowhere to be seen, he called out Croyance. The Baltoy appeared, and seemed to be full of energy. He levitated a foot higher than usual without even noticing. He glanced at Yumiko, "You might remember Croyance... He'll be helpful in case something gets past Alacer's viewpoint and we get ambushed." The Baltoy's eyes (if you can call them that) seemed to glow with pride at his master's praise before Arcen continued walking on through the swamp.
