Name: Dante Percival Taylors
Age: 14
Appearance: Dante is absolutely enticed by the color red, as seen in most of his clothing, which consists of a red-white hoodie he wears in almost all weather, almost as if he didn't feel the warmth from the sun. He still finds it very comfortable. Alongside the hoodie, he wears red-black shorts with so many hidden pockets that his bag is almost rendered obsolete. He wears the latest model of the Running Shoes(tm), which make him run at blazing speeds, albeit only a short distance, he'll need to catch his breath eventually—his speed is excellent, but his distance needs some work.
His face seems very innocuous and innocent. Despite his age, one of his morning routines involves a razor and a steady hand, failure to do this ends up in a very old-looking Dante, not to mention a very furry face. He wears glasses to compensate for his abysmal vision, which tends to be his achilles heel, with glasses, he has 20/20 vision, but once they're off, he's no better off than the man who was prescribed as legally blind.
Dante stands at around 1.8m (5'11"), and weighs about 61.2 kg (135 lbs), he looks quite thin, almost as if a small wind would bend him, but he's much more stronger than he looks, although he doesn't quite realize it. He enjoys a good physical fight, and if angered enough, would more than gladly bashing someone’s face in.
Personality: Dante can be summarized with one word: "Drummer." Almost always he can be seen with his pair of trusty drumsticks. Filling the stereotype of the average punk drummer, he is usually quite temperamental, can't stand or sit still, and is usually tapping a very catchy rhythm with his sticks (or his hands if by some unspeakable reason his drumsticks are missing).
It is usually very hard to get on Dante's good side, for him, trust is everything, and would quite literally do anything for someone he trusts, of course, this is a very hard accomplishment, he is rather cynic, and a little antisocial towards people. His biggest pet peeve is having his loyalty questioned, which he will defend as best as possible.
Around people he knows he acts very differently--as expected. His change in personality usually depends on how much he knows them, and more importantly, how much he likes them. He''s not the type of person who likes to start a chat, nor the kind that takes kindly to random strangers approaching him. Although, if "coerced" to engaging in social conversation, he'll talk, and pretend he is social for a bit. The only person who he can actually feel comfortable around is his twin sister, Melody.
He's usually very confident and cocky at times, but when you get to know him personally, and closely, one can see he's not a bad person. He just likes to hide emotion.
History: Dante was born a twin, his younger (by thirty eight seconds) sister Melody and himself were considered an inseparable pair. It could literally be said that they were together since birth. The two seldom fought with each other, although there were times where Melody’ happy innocence made him want to strangle her.
Dante, as a child, was seen as a drumming prodigy, at the age of two, he played his first rhythm in his mother's old pots and pans, at the age of four, he picked up his first pair of drumsticks ("Maple, wooden tip, size 5b," he will say expertly, remembering that day to the best of his knowledge), and by age seven, he saw himself drumming intense patterns, teaching himself how to dual-bass, while still maintaining balance. Of course, outside of his ability to keep rhythm, he is musically impaired, his voice, while deep and soothing while talking, is rather off-tune when trying to sing.
Dante enjoyed watching Pokemon Battles, and always wanted to partake in one. As much as he disliked people, he always had a soft side for Pokemon, and believed that people and Pokemon grew a stronger bond in battles, and that there was no such thing as a weak Pokemon, as any Pokemon could be strong if their trainer was competent.
Of course, those were simply words of confidence. He had never touched a Pokeball before, and the closest thing to a Pokemon was a Cyndaquil plushie.
Classes: Battle Tactics, History of Pokemon, Pokemon Technology, “Prisoner B is a nice guy 101.”
Items: 5 Pokeballs, 2 potions.
Dorm: Yellow Pokemon:

Accepted! Welcome into the academy. Please make a thread in the laboratory to begin, and hope Yin doesn't try to ask out Yang in the middle of your battle exam. That could cause some problems.
