"Perfectly Sir! Sir, how did you come up with such a magnificent idea? Harnissing the energy pokemon use to power the city AND the island!? Truly brilliant I must say."

"Enough rambling. Hurry up and finish."

"Ah, sorry sir..."

"I have to leave now, we are going to open the academy island."

"G-Good luck Sir."

"Fool, luck is never a factor..."

"Wow he sure is a cold one."

"Yeah and that would be a compliment."

"Throughout the known world, extraordinary trainers have appeared. Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Orre, Sinnoh, and Unova, all had trainers that changed the way people saw Pokemon. In order to further the advances between people and Pokemon the leaders of each region started the Pokemon Academy. You expect me to tell them this crap!?"

"We all know its a bag of garbage, we just need them to believe us so we can charge it."

"Whatever, I'll tell them. Though you better raise my pay."

"Yeah. the money along with the pokemon have already been transferred."

"Hehe, after this I'll be the richest, strongest trainer in the world! Heck I bet I'll be able to beat Red!"

"Oh yeah. that brat sent you packing, huh Giovanni?"

"....Unfortunately yes, but he has isolated himself on Mt. Silver, far away from here. Now go. If this plan is going to work you need to keep on the act of the 'responsible mayor' and make sure to check on the machine."

"And if it's done?"

"You know what to do..."

"Ah! Welcome back Sir! Your just in time we finished the machine!"

"Great, you two, I'm going to be honest with you. This machine isn't for powering the islands."

"Well? What is it for?"

"Supercharging the make up of Pokemon, to create genetically supereior Pokemon."

"W-Why?"

"I don't ask question, I just follow orders.... Now..."

"No! Don't!"

"Die..."

"AHHHHH!!"

*Bang* *Bang*

"I always hated nerds... Giovanni the machine is complete."

"Good... Activate it, and let's set the plan into motion."

"So we're using these brats as test subjects, eh? What do I care if they die. It's just a waste of money to build up an Academy just to destroy it."

"Money.... Is no object."

"Well it is to me."

"Soon, I'll be able to get rid of entire generations of Trainers... Thank you Red. For teaching me the problem isn't controlling pokemon, but destroying trainers. With the super charged pokemon I'll be able to do just that."
