"Come on you, suck up your booger and keep moving along. Might as well do something while we're doing nothing." Dante said to his Cubchoo, as he juggled his pair of drumsticks. Why was he in this cave, instead of somewhere else less likely to pose a threat to his poor bear? His sister invited him along, of course. Yet, he had been waiting here for almost a whole hour, and there was no sign of her. Sighing, Dante began exploring the area he was in, having exhausted all his patience already. "Cuuuub~" Glaciem growled softly, sucking her cold booger back into her nose. "Catch." Dante said simply, twirling a drumstick into the air, before sending it flying in Glaciem's general direction, as an impromptu dexterity test. Just barely, the small bear caught the drumstick in her paws. "Heh. Impressive." Dante chuckled, extending out his hand, to which the young Cubchoo handed the drumstick to her trainer. "Thank you. Now, let's see if we can get something or other before Melody gets here. I got a couple Poke Balls, and some Potions, so we should be okay for a bit."[/blockquote]

As Dante continued deeper into the cave, he came to fork, leading into two different tunnels. From one, a loud sound suddenly erupted, making the walls shake slightly as it echoed through. It was a little hard to tell what it was without getting closer, though, as it was a little far away. Coming from the direction of the other tunnel, the sound of a battle could be faintly heard. Again, it was hard to tell what it was without getting closer. Either way, it was a good distance away.
Your options are as followed;
a) Explore the loud noise b) Investigate the fighting c) Turn back and find an alternate route. ...what will you do?

Dante took out a coin and yawned, before flipping it nonchalantly. Smacking it with his left drumstick while it was still in the air, Glaciem ran to catch the coin, loyally handing it back to Dante.
"Tails, hm?" Dante yawned once again, slightly falling asleep. Having stayed up the night before, he showed mild signs of fatigue. Nonetheless, he was already here, and Glaciem did seem eager and--more importantly--awake. Pocketing the coin once again, he gestured at the young Cubchoo to follow him. He was now going to investigate the loud, shaking sound far away.[/blockquote]

Upon reaching the end of the tunnel, Dante would find himself in a large room, with the ceiling partially collapsed. It appears that the loud sound was a cave-in. there was a pile of rubble on the floor, undoubtedly from the cave-in. Pinned under the rubble were a Luxray, who was seriously injured due to the falling rocks, and a Raichu, who was unharmed due to the Luxray protecting her, but trapped nonetheless.
Outside, a panicked Mawile was desperately trying to lift the stones, but it was proving too much for the small Steel-type to do alone. They were simply too heavy for her. As it turned out, the Luxray and Raichu were lovers, and the Mawile was a close friend of the two. Either way, it looked pretty bad...what will you do?
(sorry...it turns out Rotom is rare and apparently hard to capture, so I ended up having to change it x.x )

"This is balls." Dante stretched lazily, looking at the poor Mawile trying to help out her friends. "Let's go do our good deed of the month, Glaciem. Go talk to the Mawile so that it doesn't misinterpret our actions." Glaciem gulped, and slowly inched herself towards the Mawile. Interaction was not her strong suit but she was going to try, mostly because she also wanted to help out the Pokemon that were crushed by the rocks. "U-um... e-e-excuse me..." She said softly, trying her hardest to gather the Mawile's attention. "I-I... I couldn't... um, uh... I wanted to... um..." Glaciem turned around to look at Dante, shaking a little in nervousness. Catching the determined glance of her trainer's eyes, she turned around once again. "Um... m-my tr-trainer and I wanted to... um... we w-wanted to know if um... you wanted s-some help."[/blockquote]

The Mawile blinked as the Cubchoo approached, but when she said that they were here to help, her face lit up <R-really? Please! You have to help my friends! I tried to myself, but there are too many rocks for me to clear on my own!> The Mawile was smiling brightly. It seemed she had high hopes for the two of them. Of course, confident that the two of them would help, she once again began pulling the rocks away. She didn't have to much trouble with the rocks themselves, but it was just as she said...by herself, clearing them would take forever, and there was no telling much longer the Luxray would last in his condition.

Despite Dante's body looking a bit frail, the young trainer was much more stronger than he looked. Nonchalantly, he took out a piece of gum from his oversized hoodie pockets and began to chew before making his way to the Mawile's objective.
Glaciem gulped, and followed.
"Ichi, ni, san, push!" Dante commanded, signaling at the two other Pokemon to help push, hopefully the force between the three would help push the rocks out of the way. [/blockquote]

(oi...sorry...I could've sworn I posted, but I guess not x.x)
The Mawile was beside herself with joy as the trainer and his Pokemon began attempting to clear the debris. It took a while, but, after much hard work and effort, the three of them were eventually able to free the Raichu and Luxray. The Luxray was badly injured, but he was going to be fine. After giving a nod of gratitude to the trainer, he limped off to find a place to rest and heal himself.
The Raichu, meanwhile, dashed off, only to return a moment later with an object, offering it to him. Having no idea what it was, she figured Dante might like it, since she remembered seeing other humans get excited over finding them. It was a round disk, brown in color, and with the number "39" etched on the side. Either way and the Mawile went to wherever it was that the Luxray had gone.
The Mawile, however, returned a moment later. She had, instead, decided to travel with Dante, as she was eternally grateful to him for helping her friends.
---------------------- Post Summary - the Raichu gave you a TM 39 (Rock Tomb) to thank you for saving her mate's life - The Mawile has decided to go with you! All you need to do is make it official by throwing a ball.

Dante smirked as he grabbed the disc from the Pokemon's hands. "Hey thanks." Looking at the disc carefully, Dante took out an empty disc sleeve and stored the TM inside.
"Better take good care of this." He whispered to himself. "Who knows just how much porn is in this thing." Glaciem cooed softly, as she pointed at the approaching Mawile. "Eh...? Why are you back? Go play with your friends. Isn't that why we helped out?" Dante said, before Glaciem pulled on his shorts. At that moment, Dante realized he had the chance to get a new Pokemon. Nodding, he took out a Poke Ball, and began playing around with it. "Aha, I get it. Well, I can't say no to that." Smirking, as usual, Dante eyed the Mawile, trying to gather his aim before tossing the ball straight at her.[/blockquote]

The ball struck the Mawile, pulling it in. There wasn't as much resistance, since it was a willing capture, but the small Steel-type still fought the process, out of sheer reflex. In the end, however, she was caught, as noted by an audible ping that sounded from the ball.
Congratulations! You caught a wild Mawile!
Mawile Name: Your choice Gender: Female Ability: Hyper Cutter Personality: Cheerful and energetic, she is always eager to tackle a challenge head first...sometimes literally. However, when things go really bad, she tends to panic.
