I will capture something.
"Hopefully, I'll find something." Rai muttered, entering the building once more. This time, he would hopefully avoid the principal. Him & whatever traps lied inside. The blond looked left & right, entering the front door. He wanted to make sure there was no way the man was there.
"I'll just call on you guys when I need you." He mumbled, walking further into the room. Upon reaching the room's center, he looked around again. Hopefully there would be more to the house. Or just awesome pokemon for capture. His team all rested in their pokeballs, ready to come out at any time. This time, he was determined to leave wit ha pokemon, captured...Or atleast after befriending one.

--- The room was poorly lit, as much of the house was. Some of the room however, was lit. This was in thanks to a small group of Litwik's. Their small flames gave off some light. But as they heard more enter, they began to move. Giving off what little light they could as they ran, they revealed two small figures, but it was only briefly. The Litwiks were still around, having stopped briefly in front of the two figures, then running once more. The group of three Litwiks had revealed a Smoochum sitting in front of an opened door, and a Duskull in front of another, only this one was closed. By the looks of it, they were sitting with their backs to each other. --- Options:A) Aw, cute candles, I want you all! B) Hm, mysterious Smoochum, that's my kind of lady C) Oh, a Duskull, interesting D) KILL EVERYTHING E) AHHHH RUUUUUN!

"How adorable..." Rai commented on all of the pokemon roaming by. Suddenly Rachael released from her pokeball. "Reep." It said firmly. "Good idea. Use charge!" Rai told the sheep. Suddenly it gathered electric energy, bulding its special attack & defense. It fur began to glow as well. Rai could then see the pokemon all clearly. Litwik, smoochum, and a duskull. "Which one to befriend..." Rai wondered.
"Hey duskull, whats behind the door?" Rai walked over asking the ghost. He had smiled to show that he came in peace. He came close to the ghost, staring & trying to figure out what it could have been hiding. "Reep." Rachael commented, asking the duskull as well.

When Mareep lit up, the Litwik's quickly covered their eyes. Most of the group quickly scattered, but two stay. A fair sized one, and one that seemed to be the runt. But when the trainer turned away from them, and went toward the Duskull, they seemed a bit saddened. But that wouldn't stop them. They crept down off of the table they had gotten onto and watched as the boy interacted with the Duskull.
The Duskull noticed the boy and the crackling fur of his friend. "Duuuus" it gasped before rushing through the closed door, away from the trainer. The Litwik's watched, and noticed the Smoochum had now left.

"Rai saw that the little guys stayed. Smoochum disappeared, probably running off somewhere to attend other matters. However these cuties remained..."Oh, hey there little ones." Rai told them, he opened the door to follow the duskull. Seeing as how their friends left them behind, the coordinator wandered through the hall to follow. But he turned to say something to the little candles. "You can follow me, I'll keep you two safe." He said, Rai heading through the door with a grin covering his face. He then gave chase to the duskull.

The Litwik's attempted, but obviously failed, at trying to appear as if they weren't following the trainer. They were interested in see what he could do, but they weren't really testing him. They were just curious. They hadn't seen many humans before. Not to mention, not many humans wandered into this part of the mansion.
They kept up, but kept their distance when the boy followed the Duskull. They didn't need to be kept safe, they knew how to hide, and when that wasn't an option, they knew how to fight. And before the trainer noticed, the two little candles stopped moving. They had noticed a single glowing red eye. Soon after a large purple light fired off at the Mareep. The Duskull was hidden in the shadows and had just used Confuse Ray on the Mareep.

"Rachael!" Rai called out, seeing the sheep take the purple ray head on. She closed her eyes for a minute. Rai assumed she had caught something in her eyes & just needed something. "Reep?" She opened her eyes wide, her eyes seemed abnormal, as if dizzy. "Rachael...?" Rai asked, stepping closer with caution. He then paused his movement a foot away. "Oh fiddles...Confuse ray." He gave a slightly irritated look in the direction the moves came from.
"Reep.." The yellow sheep stared at Rai as if unfocused. She then looked forward at where the ray came from. She stared forward. "Try using thunder shock in that direction!" Rai suggested. The sheep shot quickly, somewhat focused jolts in the direction. Hopefully something would come out as a reply.

Thanks to the dark hallway, and that Mareep's charge only lit up a small area, the Duskull kept his distance. He knew it was the best strategy to stay in the dark, where he'd be hidden well. He knew his attack would be met with retaliation, but that's what he had hoped for. Given the Confuse Ray had hit, it meant the Mareep would have a chance to hurt itself. And when it attacked, the Duskull let out a small laugh, one that echoed down the halls.
The Pokemon had already moved after it used Confuse Ray, and was now in another part of the shadows, thus making her miss. It now opened it's hands and fired out a blue ball this time. The ball whirled around the air and went toward the Mareep. It was Will-O-Wisp, and if it hit, the Mareep would be burned along with being confused.

"Fiddles!" Rai somewhat swore aloud at the incoming will-o-wisp. It was an annoying move indeed. It would cause a burn on top of being confused! This was getting bad! Rachael, still lost in a daze, wasnt able to throughly think. This left it up to Rai completely. "Rachael, thry a thunder shock through the will-o-wisp!" He commanded. His words failed to burst through to her, as she smacked herself in confusion. just after smacking herself, she seemed to be a be fine, but still took the will-o-wisp head on. [dice=2]

The cackling continued. The menacing laughter filled the walls and then echoed out int the house. "Duuuuskuuuull" it uttered out, his voice going behind Raize, and then around his sides. It would be hard to pinpoint where it was. Staying in the shadows, the air was then filled with the rippling waves of blue psionic powers. The Duskull was now using Disable. If it hit, the Mareeps ThunderShock would be incapable of being used for awhile ([dice=8] this many turns). The Duskull was putting on the hurt, but in a very annoying fashion. If he was lucky, he'd be starting to make the trainer think irrationally.

"Whats so funny?" Rai mumbled, hearing these rude cackles coming his way. The duskull seemed to be playing hard ball. One status infliction after another, what a strategists. "Reep." The sheep stopped is day dreaming & stared at the shadows. Rachael was back in the game! She was ready to take down any & everyone that would stand in her way! "Reep?" She said, feeling her thunder shock fade away. It couldnt be used anymore due to disable.
"Well, regardless of not being able to use thunder shock, we can still do something here!" Rai called out to the duskull. The boy wouldnt loose so easily to the ghost. He'd make sure to try his best. "Raechel go closer & use discharge!" Rai told Rachael. For a second she paused, fighting the pain of burn off for now. The yellow, fluffy sheep ran closer but not into the shadows. She then released multiple blue bolts of electricity. This would hopefully land a decent hit!

It had heard Rai's muttering, and then laughed more. It was a nasty little asshole, and it would make the boy suffer for following him. The Litwik's stayed where they were, not wanting to get caught in the middle of things.
The Duskull's cackling stopped when the Mareep rushed forward. So, it was a smart little thing, avoiding the direct shadows. Soon, however, the darkness was filled with the electricity lighting everything, and showing where the Ghost was. The Ghost, however, was also hit by this electric attack. In retaliation, his voice echoed out. "Duuuuskull" and with that said, a cold air washed over the Mareep. Duskull had just used Curse.

"Well this little guy is really trying..." Rai mumbled seeing the curse take place. The ghost weakened itself by half of its energy, but had knocked off a quarter of Rachael's energy. "Reep..." Rachael moaned, standing still while in pain from burn then curse. With these two things on her, she'd be done for pretty soon. The les mareep would continue to hang on to its remaining energy, awaiting commands. "Use charge!" He told his mareep. Her fur began to glow vividly, piercing the shadows a bit. "Now, use discharge!" He called out. She put her most into the second discharge. This move could hopefully strike the duskull a bit more.

The Duskull moved back a bit further after using Curse, but still was hit by the second Discharge. He was done, but before he fainted, he released one final attack from the shadows. A long straight black beam fired out of the shadows and went right for the exhausted Mareep. As the Duskull fell, it had used Night Shade. It was an attack that varied in power, but this Duskull was skilled and knew how to use it properly. The Litwiks wandered forward, being able to sense the Duskull's presense and lit the dark area the Ghost had fallen into.

...Its over...Rachael was knocked out cold. She had put up such a good fight, she deserved to rest as long as she could or wanted. He pulled out the pokeball from his yellow jacket pocket & called back his sheep. She had done more than enough. She helped capture his first ghost pokemon, who would soon grow to become one with the team. "Rest Rachel." He said distantly, bringing her back to the mobile housing pokeball.
"As for you." Rai walked over to the duskull. "Your so awesome. You'd be great for battles, I'd be honored to have you come with me and be a part of the team." Rai spilled his emotions to the fainted duskull, tossing an empty pokeball at it. Once it was inside the ball, Rai returned to the two pokemon who lit the area so he could see. "Thanks cuties." He shot a blush engaging smile at the two litwik. They were pretty friendly & nice. Though they didnt seem to want to do anything to cause harm.
After attempting to capture or not the duskull, Rai picked up the ball & continued to walk through the hallway. Hopefully the litwik would follow and he'd find another poke pal to join the group.

After the ball stopped and the Duskull was captured, some more voices were heard in the shadows. The Litwik's looked off in the dsitance, then crept backwards and behind Raize. Whatever they had noticed, they didn't want to be a part of. "Aaaaaaaaaa" the voice groaned a head of Rai, nothing being seen in the distance. It seemed as if the voice was just lingering in the air.

"I would say I dont think we should go any further...But I'd be lying." Rai laughed to himself. He pulled out anotyher pokeball from his domo messenger bag. "Dante, we're gonna need some help." He said with a calm & gentle tone. The quilava burst from the ball. "Qui." It had been clueless as to what was going on. "Some noise just came from that way...We'll most likely have to fight soon. So I think it'd be smart to just be ready." He informed the quilava. Sudden flames rose from his back, giving off more light. "Qui." He said with a firm monotone. He was prepared as soon as a battle was mentioned.

The Litwiks cheered Rai on when he caught, and both let out an aw-inspired ohs when Quilava came out. It was an impressive looking Fire type. When he lit up more, the small candles went brighter as well. They were trying to help, even if they were a bit scared. Soon, a shadow dashed by, and the voice came back, this time going all the way around Raize. "Oooooooooool" the voice called and faded.

"Just show yourself. Im not a cruel person." Rai informed the sounds. Though he didnt really see where they were coming from, he did what he could. He stayed in place awaiting its reveal. "Come out, Come out, where ever you are." He said to the sounds. Whatever it was, it was pretty interesting & sppoky. Being oblivious to fear & always attracted to what interested him, Rai thought about what he could do. "Until you come out, Im not leaving." He stated, standing firm.

The shadow kept moving, but it was fast. It would appear as many different shadows moving together. Whatever was out there, it was either fast, or it wasn't alone. And it was then that it acted out. Rushing from the shadows, a blur of white and black came out and striked at Quilava before it disappeared back into the shadows. "AAAaaaaaaaaaaaa" it called out again. Whatever it was, it had used Quick Attack and had went back to hiding.

"Qui." Dante stood firm, taking the random strike. It appeared to be unable to really do or say much on what had struck it, but it didnt care or focus on that. Instead, it awaited his trainer's opinions. "Qui..." It stared at the shadows. "I hope its what I think it is." Rai said aloud. "Dante, would you mind shooting flamethrower in that direction?" Rai asked his partner. The quilava aimed & fired his streaming flames at the shadows, waving it side to side to spray it out a bit. Hopefully it would be what Rai wanted.

After his attack had hit, the Pokemon's feet could be heard finally staying in one spot. His feet were heavy on the ground, and a low rumbling could be heard as he stalked back and forth. And when the Flamethrowed came toward it, it acted quickly. The figure ran away from it, but then jumped. With his paws touching the wall he ran alongside, he pushed off of it, thus vaulting himself over the fire. Landing in silence, it turned its head to look at the two. In front of them, now visable thanks to some curtains being on fire (thanks to Quilava's attack) was an old looking Absol. The creatures eyes narrowed and he turned his body before rushing forward to use Slash on Quilava.

"Absol!" Rai exclaimed seeing the creature run from the area of fire. It then surprised him, by running onto the walls to evade & dodged all of Rai's attempts. "Dante, guard up! He seems tough." Rai informed based on prejudgment. "Lava." Dante replied with a deep ton of voice. Suddenly the pokekemon stood there, fierce & in position to attack. "You have to teach us that!" Rai informed the wild pokemon.
Unfortunately, the pokemon wasnt one to happily share itself with the trainer. At least...It didnt seem to. "Dante!" Rai exclaimed, noticing the absol charge in with slash. "Before that even lands, use flamethrower once more!" He told his partner. The quilava hurried to increase its flames, so its fire attacks would be even stronger. "Quilava!" I announced, launching the flamethrower, right before the slash would land.

The Pokemon felt the heat once more and he growled. He felt his old body get hit by the heat and he just cranked his neck around. It hurt but it hurt in a good way. Pain would make him stronger. He had been in so many battles, one more fight wasn't going to hurt him. Shaking off the pain, he glared, his eyes going red. He was using Leer to lower Dante's defense. And while close, he lunged forward and used a vicious Bite attack.

The pokemon wasnt going to be worn down that badly. Especially not after Dante's mere fire attacks. The duo would have to pump it up. They needed to start giving their all. "Alright Dante, Stay on the edge." Rai told him, to keep up his mental guard & balance, while the pokemon leered. The pokemon appeared to be ready to attack, but being as forgetful & such Rai thought to himself...Why not keep going.
The pokemon jumped forward, with its teeth attacking. A nasty bite attack was coming dead at the quilava. Maybe the same tactic would work...Maybe the pokemon would have to just use a stronger move. "Dante, use eruption!" Rai told the fiery best. As the pokemon charged, the quilava released more of its flames. From its back & mouth. Hopefully it'd knock the absol back some. This was good training for Dante, but the true problem was something worse. Would Dante be able to keep the heat coming?

When the Absol bit down, he squeezed hard. His old mouth was still strong, much like the rest of his body. When the Fire came up, he darted back. He had been lightly hit and his mouth was now steaming. Smock came out of it and he faded back into the shadows. His voice went around the two again, going to the sides and all around the group. Soon two Absol's appeared in front of the group. They were identacle; the Absol had used Double Team. And soon both copies ran at Dante. Both had claws glowing purple, as it was aiming to use Night Slash.

The attack had struck, weakening the quilava. He was unable to really do much about the quickly striking bite attack, but he managed to stop the absol before it got worse. "Qui." It stuttered, getting ready to battle once again. "We have to be careful Dante." He told the quilava. It simply nodded in agreement. "Lava." It returned full focus to the battle. Once absol jumped back & headed for the shadows, Rai began to worry of it fleeing. "Wait..." Rai said, noting its voice. To his displeasure, an absol duo came from the shadow launching night slash. Fatigue was starting to worsen, while he returned to defensive mode. "Dante, strike them both with inferno!" Rai demanded, while the two neared with night slash. A sudden burst of overwhelming flame jumped from Dante's mouth forward at the two absol. Most likely destroying the copy & hitting the real one. Luckily, if its landed the inferno would burn.

As the duo rushed forward, the trainer didn't seem fazed much. In fact, he had seemed more fazed when it seemed like the Absol might have left. The Disaster Pokemon made a mental note about this as he rushed to attack. When the Inferno came and blasted out, the copy was destroy and some of the walls were scorched. The real Absol had been hit too and was now Burned. He looked at the walls, then eyed the boy. He'd be in trouble if the mansions owner ever saw those marks, or the burnt curtains from earlier. He growled at the pain, not wanting to show he was almost done. He was an old Absol, and showing pain was showing weakness. He lunged forward again, another Night Slash coming for Dante. ---

The trainer noticed the burn marks. Maybe he should finish this up quickly. Fighting the absol was an honor already, but he didnt want to take any chance of ruining his principals house. "I'll fix that later. Dont worry absol." Rai told the wild dark type. The fight then continued, absol darting forward. "Dante--" He was cut off by his pokemon. "Lava." It planted itself into the ground. The pokemon didnt want to loose. Whether the house burned down or not. He'd try to avoid it, but it wasnt his priority to keep the house clean. "Just be careful." He confirmed the following moves with the pokemon. The quilava watched the absol charge forward, while charging his own fire. "Lava." He fire a weaker flame at the absol. His flame thrower was still a stream oif flames, just not as hot as usual.

Absol didn't care if the trainer fixed the house or not. It wasn't his place, he just lived her and had for a very long time. And once he sprung forward to attack again, the Fire type retaliated. As predictable as his attacks seemed to be, the Absol didn't seem to attempt to counter. He kept rushing forward, being harmed by the Burn, and by the attack all at once. But if he was going down, he'd be taking Quilava with him. He had pushed through the entire Flamethrower and was now right by the Quilava. His eyes glared at the Quilava's, and his breathing was heavy. He wasn't done, but he was close. He wanted, however, Dante to see who he had faced, and to know he wasn't going down easily. Yes, he was exhausted and to the point of fainting, but he wasn't going alone. With his last bit of effort, he Slashed at the Quilava's face, and also went to Bite onto his neck at the same time.
