Mir had been told to go to the Laboratory for his exam and that was exactly what he was doing now. The small child walked down the stairs to the laboratory. The only thing on his mind right now was what he'd have to do to pass the test. He knew Pokemon, not a lot, but the ones his brother had owned, and the ones in the town he'd grown up in as well. But would that be enough to help him pass? Mir looked up as he saw the doors. His steps seemed to echo off the walls. Stopping at the door he took a moment to calm himself. Ky's words echoed in his ears. So you got accepted. Congrats. Now go out there and become a trainer, good luck. Mir smiled at the memory and let it fade before he walked into the Laboratory. He let the doors close lightly behind him and stepped a few paces into the room as to not block the entrance. "Hello?"

Yin looked up from his book as the student entered. He quickly grabbed a black belt and tossed it at the student. "In order to contrast your shamelessly white hair, black dorm." He then tossed the boy a Pokeball. "Get out of here before I send you back to the city."
((Ouch... The Generator hates you. Magikarp is your first Pokemon. Feel free to debate with Yin.))

Mir looked to the man and blinked at what seemed to be an insult about his hair color. He caught the belt and then the Pokeball. He stepped back towards the door. Confusing was clear on the young boys face, but he wouldn't protest. He had his dorm and his Pokemon, so that was a good thing. It wasn't the best of luck, but at least it was a start. He couldn't wait to write a letter to his brother and tell him about his new Pokemon, which he still had no clue what it was. He'd let it out later, once he found the dorm. "Have a good day sir." He said and walked out, unconsciously glancing upwards to see his hair.
